	Mick McKenzie- Co-Owner Mick McKenzie comes from a family of home builders. His father built homes in Pinellas County for over thirty years and has since passed away. Mick was raised in the building industry and was Florida State Certified in 1978. Mick’s motto is that we will always strive to treat a customer’s home as if we were our own. Mick is President of American Housing Corporation.
	R. Lee Kretzer- Co-owner Lee Kretzer was raised in the Manatee and Pinellas County areas. Lee has been in the construction industry and real estate business all of his life. Lee feels that our customers are like family and we need to treat them like family. Lee is Vice President and Sales Manager of American Housing Corporation.
	Stuart Cohen- Co-owner Stuart moved here from Detroit in 1974 and has been active in the real estate industry since arriving. Stuart is very active in searching for land on which to build. Stuart also works closely with developers and financial insitutions in putting together our new home developments. Stuart is Vice President and in charge of finance and lot acquisition with American Housing Corporation.

Sharon is a native Floridian, born and raised in St. Petersburg. She has a degree in Interior Design, and is licensed by the State of Florida. Sharon attends educational seminars annually to stay current on all of the latest trends and to keep up with the latest technology. She has over 25 years experience in Interior Design, focusing on new construction and remodeling projects in both residential and commercial design. Angelo Soto

Angelo Soto
Angelo Soto has spent the better part of the past 44 years in one facet of Real Estate or another. Immediately after coming out of the Marine Corps, he joined Exurban Realty where he was the top salesperson for six years in a row. In 1965, he became a licensed Real Estate Broker and founded A.M.S. Realty in Pomona, NY. He joined the Rockland County MLS and the local and national Board of Realtors. A.M.S. Realty specialized in new home sales and it grew from 3 sales people to 3 offices and 52 sales associates. In 1982, he sold A.M.S. Realty and relocated to Bradenton, Florida. He was licensed in Florida and joined forces with American Vacations, Inc., developers of vacation resorts on the west coast of Florida. He was sales manager and project director for the company. In 2000, Angelo returned to new home sales and joined the sales team at American Housing Corporation.
